- Reservation required at least 3 days in advance
- No substitute vehicle available
- For long-term use, please contact us for rate negotiations
Insurance
- Deductible: ¥100,000
- Non-Operation Charge: ¥100,000 (¥150,000 if the vehicle cannot be driven)
- Downtime Compensation: ¥20,000 per day

Cancellation Fees
If you cancel your reservation for your convenience, we will charge you a cancellation fee as follows. If you contact us after 18:00, we will cancel the next day.
- After this application: 50% of the usage fee
- 30 days before the scheduled date of use: 100% of the usage fee
